• Instructions for Using the Ozone Generator:

  1. Connect the cable to a 110 VAC power source.

  2. Install the silicone tube to the ozone outlet on the front panel using the check valve and diffuser stone.

  3. Place the diffuser stone into the liquid to be ozonated. Always ensure you are in a well-ventilated area, as a high concentration of ozone can be harmful to health.

  4. On the rear panel, set the toggle switch to the "on" position. The red LED on the front panel will illuminate, indicating that the unit is powered on and ready to operate.

  5. Turn the timer knob clockwise to set the ozonation time (turning it counterclockwise may damage the timer). The knob may feel stiff when turning; this is normal from the factory.

  6. Once the time is set, the ozone reactor will start operating, and bubbling will begin.

  7. The unit will automatically shut off when the set time reaches zero. Ozonation will stop, but the red LED will remain on.

  8. Turn the rear switch to the "off" position to power down the entire unit.

  Recommendations:

  • Allow the unit to rest for 15 minutes after every hour of operation to prevent overheating and potential damage to the reactor.
  • Always use a check valve and position the unit above the water level to avoid water backflow into the silicone tube. Water entering the reactor will cause irreversible damage.
  • Ensure the check valve is installed in the correct flow direction.
  • This unit is not waterproof; keep it in dry, non-humid environments to avoid damage.
